How we work together across website builds, templates, and monthly services.
1) Who we are
weHumanitas LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a U.S.-registered limited liability company. We provide website design/redesign, templates, email marketing, email setup, SEO, domain hosting support, and related services to clients worldwide.
2) What you’re agreeing to
By purchasing a digital product or engaging our services, you accept these Terms and any proposal/scope we issue to you (“Order”). If these Terms conflict with your signed proposal, the proposal controls for that project.
3) Scope & changes
Work is delivered per the Order (pages, features, revisions, timelines). Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately before we proceed.
4) Domain & email prerequisite
Corporate email services require your domain to be registered or transferred to our website domain list. If you keep your current host, we’ll still build your site (hosting cost is already included in your price), but email services aren’t available.
5) Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom site designs and page content we create for you. We retain ownership of our internal libraries, components, and tooling used to build your project. You grant us a non-exclusive right to display the finished work in our portfolio (weFolio) unless you notify us in writing to opt out. If we provide you with admin or editor access to the site, you acknowledge that any changes you make may affect performance, security, or functionality. We are not responsible for issues caused by client-side edits or third-party additions, and any required repairs, troubleshooting, or updates will be billed separately. Hosting accounts and billing remain under our management unless otherwise transferred, in which case you assume full responsibility for all future costs and technical administration.
6) Content & approvals
You supply text, images, and assets you own or are licensed to use. You’re responsible for the truthfulness and legality of your content. Approvals and revision rounds must be provided within the timelines in your Order to avoid schedule impacts or price increases.
7) Third-party services
We may implement third-party tools (e.g., Hostinger, Stripe, analytics, chat). Their terms and fees apply in addition to ours.
8) Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific rankings, sales, or outcomes. We provide services “as-is” using commercially reasonable care.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim.
10) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Venue for any disputes will be in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.

What we collect, why we collect it, and how to control it.
What we collect
Contact info (name, email, company, role), messages from forms/tickets. Project details you provide (pages, assets, goals). Basic usage analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device). Billing info is processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe); we don’t store full card numbers.
How we use it
To provide quotes, build sites, deliver support, and send service updates. To improve UX and performance, detect abuse/fraud, and comply with law.
Legal bases (where applicable)
Contract (to deliver services you requested). Legitimate interests (to operate and secure our services). Consent (for optional marketing emails/cookies). You can withdraw at any time.
Sharing
We share data with processors necessary to deliver services (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, payments). We don’t sell personal data.
Retention
Project and account records are kept as long as needed for service, legal, and accounting obligations; analytics are retained per tool defaults.
Your choices

Our services aren’t directed to children under 13.

Returns & Exchanges (Digital) |
Digital purchases, clear policies.
What’s refundable, what’s not, and how exchanges work.
Custom services (website design/redesign, wePlus+)
Fully refundable before kickoff minus payment processing fees. After kickoff or delivery of any design/code asset: non-refundable. We’ll work within the included revision rounds to resolve issues per your Order.
Templates (weTemplates)
Refunds within 7 days if the file hasn’t been downloaded or activated. After download/activation: non-refundable. Exchanges allowed for equal-value templates within 7 days if unused.
Monthly services (SEO, Email Marketing, Website Updates)
Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds for the current period once work has begun.
Email Setup Plus+ & domain/hosting fees
Domain registration/transfer and third-party hosting fees are non-refundable. Email setup work is non-refundable once accounts are created.
Ecommerce add-ons
Due to additional integrations, payments/tax/shipping setups are non-refundable once configured.
How to request

Invoices & methods
By purchasing a digital product or engaging our services, you accept these Terms and any proposal/scope we issue to you (“Order”). If these Terms conflict with your signed proposal, the proposal controls for that project.
Deposits & milestones
Custom projects typically require an upfront deposit and milestone payments as outlined in your Order.
Late or failed payments
Unpaid invoices may pause work and site launches. We may assess a reasonable late fee and seek collection costs where permitted.
Chargebacks
Please contact [billing@wehumanitas.com](mailto:billing@wehumanitas.com) to resolve issues. Unwarranted chargebacks on valid services may incur recovery fees.
Auto-renewals
Monthly services renew until canceled. Cancel in writing at least 3 business days before the next billing date.
Receipts
Automatic receipts are emailed after successful payment.
CAN-SPAM Email Policy |
Email you can trust.
Honest subjects, easy unsubscribes, and a real postal address.
We follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. That means:
No deceptive headers or subject lines. Identification: Marketing emails are identified as such. Physical address: A valid postal address appears in every email. Unsubscribe: Every message includes a visible, working unsubscribe link. Requests are honored within 10 business days. Opt-in respect: We only email people who opted in, are clients, or where a business relationship exists, consistent with applicable law.

Reasonable safeguards, limited access, and breach notifications.
Safeguards
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures — encrypted transport (HTTPS), role-based access, least-privilege accounts, and regular updates.
Subprocessors
We rely on reputable providers for hosting, payments, analytics, and communications. We review their security practices and limit data shared to what’s necessary.
Incidents
If we learn of a data incident affecting you, we’ll notify you without undue delay consistent with applicable law and our contractual obligations.
